Candice Watts, CADC II – Clinical Director
Candice Watts brings longstanding experience in the addiction and behavioral health field, combining professional expertise with personal insight from her own recovery journey. She began as support staff at an inpatient treatment facility and later advanced into roles as a behavioral health technician, case manager, and supervisor. Along the way, she developed a strong foundation in group facilitation—a skill that continues to inform her clinical approach and strengthen her work with clients.
Motivated by a deep passion for helping others, Candice chose to make recovery her life’s work. She completed her education in Southern California and earned her CADC II (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) credential. A few years ago, she stepped into the role of Clinical Director at Solace Health Group, where she has flourished—bringing structure, empathy, and hands-on leadership to the program.
Despite her leadership role, Candice remains actively involved in one-on-one counseling and recovery coaching, maintaining a direct connection with the individuals and families she serves. Her approach is shaped by real-world experience, clinical insight, and an unwavering belief in the possibility of change.
Candice’s leadership philosophy is simple and uncompromising: evidence-based care, clear accountability, and a human touch rooted in lived experience. Her passion is evident, her expectations are high, and the results speak for themselves through improved client outcomes and strong clinical teamwork.
